As the visionary behind the Abuntu Circle group coaching program, Tamisha Williams has dedicated over a decade to empowering leaders through her dynamic, transformational coaching. With a Master's in Family & Marriage Counselling and a rich background as a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) practitioner, Tamisha's approach is both empathetic and results-oriented.

In 2021, Tamisha launched her consulting company with a mission to create spaces where women and nonbinary leaders can thrive. Drawing on her extensive experience, she designed Abuntu Circle to address the unique challenges faced by these leaders, fostering an environment of growth, equity, and wellness.

Realizing Your Potential: The Abuntu Circle Experience

There will be 3 different cohorts that applicants can choose from.

The Abuntu program is designed for women and nonbinary leaders of color. We appreciate your understanding.

Sessions for each cohort will be recorded and shared exclusively with participants who may need to miss a session. Recordings will only be available for a limited amount of time.
Participants should join the program committing to attend the live sessions. Recordings should not be used as a replacement for regular participation.

Cohorts are not designed for teams. The program is designed for participants to expand their network by meeting new leaders from across the nation in various fields. Additionally, we hope that participants feel open to sharing candidly in their cohort without the hesitation of sharing in front of direct colleagues or supervisors.

All aspects of the program are virtual. If cohort members want to organize an in-person meetup, they are welcome to!

Yes! There will be a full ‘Abuntu’ directory that all participants will have access to.
The option of a WhatsApp group or Slack group is still being determined. Access to participants from other cohorts may also take place in these platforms.

Due to Tamisha’s availability and capacity, regular 1-on-1 coaching will not be a part of the program.
Tamisha will be offering limited 1-on-1 coaching sessions to ‘Abuntu’ participants. She’ll share details during the program clarity calls and opening session.

Once an initial payment is made, there are no refunds for the Abuntu Circle group coaching experience.
If you decide this experience is no longer of interest to you, but have already made your first payment, all remaining funds will be due.
If a participant cannot fulfill their commitment due to extenuating circumstances, they will be welcome to join the next year’s cohort.

If you’re not able to make it off of the waitlist for the current season, you will be given priority consideration during the next season.
