Realizing Your Potential: The 'Abuntu' Experience

  • There will be 3 different cohorts that applicants can choose from.

    Cohort A will meet the 1st Wednesday of each month at 12p ET/9a PT.

    Cohort B will meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 3p ET/ 12p PT.

    Cohort C will meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at 10a ET/7a PT.

  • The Abuntu program is designed for women and nonbinary leaders of color. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Sessions for each cohort will be recorded and shared exclusively with participants who may need to miss a session. Recordings will only be available for a limited amount of time.

    Participants should join the program committing to attend the live sessions. Recordings should not be used as a replacement for regular participation.

  • Cohorts are not designed for teams. The program is designed for participants to expand their network by meeting new leaders from across the nation in various fields. Additionally, we hope that participants feel open to sharing candidly in their cohort without the hesitation of sharing in front of direct colleagues or supervisors.

  • All aspects of the program are virtual. If cohort members want to organize an in-person meetup, they are welcome to!

  • Yes! There will be a full ‘Abuntu” directory that all participants will have access to.

    The option of a WhatsApp group or Slack group is still being determined. Access to participants from other cohorts may also take place in these platforms.

  • Due to Tamisha’s availability and capacity, regular 1-on-1 coaching will not be a part of the program.

    Tamisha will be offering limited 1-on-1 coaching sessions to ‘Abuntu’ participants. She’ll share details during the program clarity calls and opening session.

  • Once an initial payment is made, there are no refunds for the Abuntu group coaching experience.

    If you decide this experience is no longer of interest to you, but have already made your first payment, all remaining funds will be due.

    If a participant cannot fulfill their commitment due to extenuating circumstances, they will be welcome to join the next year’s cohort.

  • There is a waitlist. Be sure to email coaching@tamishawilliams.com to place your name on the waitlist. Include WAITLIST in the subject line of the email.

    If you’re not able to make it off of the waitlist for the 2024-2025 cohorts, you will be given priority consideration for the 2025-2026 groups.

  • We are currently looking into getting sponsorship for ‘Abuntu’ participation. Please email coaching@tamishawilliams.com to inquire about financial assistance.

  • YES! Not everyone who would benefit from this program will have the financial means to pay. Sponsorship is available at the early bird rate of $7500. Please email coaching@tamishawilliams.com to take the next steps in empowering women and nonbinary leaders!

    Partial sponsorship opportunities are also available.
