Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

  • Watch this video to learn how to purchase multiple copies of the WORKbook.

When you go to purchase the WORKbook, you’re asked two questions. 1. How many people are you purchasing for? If you’re purchasing for a team of 8, for example, you would choose the first option, 1-10 people. You’ll see $30 shows up beside 1-10. If you’re purchasing for more than 10 people, your price is discounted. After selecting the amount of people you’re purchasing for, your rate is set. The next question you’re asked is quantity. This is where you should type in the exact number of people you intent to share the WORKbook link with. So if I was purchasing for my team of 8, I would type in 8 for the quantity. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a link to share with everyone you included in your count.

  • Fun Fact, I didn’t realize this was a limitation on my site. Thanks to customer feedback, you can now purchase items on my website using a credit card, without a PayPal account. To learn more, watch this video.

  • After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with the subject, “Accessing Your From Within WORKbook”. That email will contain the link to your WORKbook.

If you purchased WORKbooks for multiple individuals, you’ll share the link in the email with number of individuals you indicated during checkout.

If you don’t see your email in your inbox, check your Spam folder, or the “Updates” inbox in Gmail (for example).

Email hello@tamishawilliams.com with any questions or concerns.
