I created this list in preparation for my Spring Break. A good friend shared the benefits of intentional moments of solitude in her life. I wanted to create moments of solitude during my break to help me recenter and recharge. Shortly after her sharing, news about COVID-19 broke out. This list was helpful for me during my break, but I hope it’s also helpful to others as we navigate the general ups and downs that we face in life.

I’ve used this resource:

  • as a personal choice board for things to do during a break

  • as a choice board for coaching clients

  • as a resource for educators that I worked with, etc.
